All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with your RA number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be processed.
Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) with original packaging and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to the address provided in your instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Inspection & Processing: Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing & Method

We process refunds with the same speed and security we apply to your payments.

Timing

After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We do not offer refunds to alternative methods or as store credit for standard returns.

Deductions

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will handle any price differences on a case-by-case basis.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety, hygiene, and authenticity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

NON-RETURNABLE: Embroidery Services & Customized Products

Any item personalized with names, numbers, or team logos (as indicated under the “Embroidery” menu) is final sale.

NON-RETURNABLE: Glove Services

Products from the “Glove Services” menu (e.g., relacing, repair) are services rendered and not eligible for return.

NON-RETURNABLE: Intimate Wear Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain apparel items like batting gloves (if worn) may not be eligible. Please contact us for clarification before use if unsure.

Clearance or Final Sale Items

Will be explicitly marked as such at the time of purchase.

Note: All returns are subject to inspection. Items showing signs of use, wear, damage not present at original shipping, or missing original packaging/parts may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? We’ll help you exchange for an available item.

  • If the desired exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
  • If it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference as part of the process.
  • Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
