EASTON Shop specializes in authentic, performance-engineered baseball and softball gear, including but not limited to:

  • Apparel & Footwear: Team apparel, Hats, Guards & Protectors, and performance footwear.
  • Custom Services: Embroidery (for personalization with names, numbers, logos) and Glove Services (relacing, repair).

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the colors and details you see on screen may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product availability, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Important Note on Custom/Services: Products from the “Embroidery” and “Glove Services” menus are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective upon arrival, due to their personalized or service-rendered nature.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we receive and authorize your payment. You will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount (product price + shipping + applicable taxes) to your selected payment method.

You are responsible for providing valid payment details. If payment fails, your order will not be processed.

Shipping:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and depend on destination and customs.

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders $50+ via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Embroidery/customized products, Glove Services, clearance/final sale items, and certain intimate wear for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
